On arrival, each new starter receives a Welcome Pack with all the necessary information for their first week at grenke. As part of the Induction Programme, employees are invited to our UK headquarters to participate in a process that familiarises them with our operations, culture, and role. Each employee is paired with an experienced colleague and guided by multiple peers through their probationary period.
