My job role is varied with a good mix of processes and customer support. There is a good variety of customers – from a beverage distributor to high-tech companies right through to a business that exports products to the Far East. We have flat hierarchies. I can make decisions using my own initiative, within the parameters of authorisations, and they are implemented quickly. Good performance is recognised and valued. There are constantly new challenges that enable you to grow, such as the international expansion in the factoring business.’
