A termination sum, or settlement figure, is calculated as all the rental payments that would have been made by you if the hiring had continued for the rest of the Primary Period (minus any potential maintenance charges).

We can provide you with the outstanding rental payments for your Hire Agreement.
A full description of your obligations on termination can be found in the Terms & Condtions of your Hire Agreement. All documentation for your lease can be found on your Customer Portal.
