How do GRENKE work with your supplier? We want to make sure you are happy with the equipment and the service from the supplier you chose.

You have chosen the supplier you wish to provide your equipment. The supplier will recommend GRENKE as an alternative to outright purchase and should provide you with a full understanding about us and our hire agreement. 

 

What you should know

You are entitled to the best service for your equipment from your supplier. We are not the supplier. 

Your supplier should provide you a full description of the equipment they are providing and any software, maintenance or additional requirements the equipment needs to fully function.

 

If they offer a Hire Agreement with GRENKE, they should run you through the agreement and terms and conditions fully, before you sign and confirm the terms.
