As Coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase in the UK, all our employees will begin to work from home for their protection over the next few days, where possible.
We’re confident of the measures we’ve put in place for their home working which should not impact our service to you.
What additional measures are we taking:
- Our Sales Teams have been asked to postpone all face2face meetings and attending all reseller conferences and exhibitions.
- All our Branch Leaders and external Regional Sales Managers have the capabilities to hold Skype calls and accept calls on their mobiles.
- To contact our Internal Sales colleagues, please email them on their normal email address
- Continue to use our digital services, you can login to our customer portals online to view all your information in one place.
- Avoid those paper contracts - with e-Signature you can sign contracts electronically and submit them online at the same time. It’s secure, fast and paperless.
