Your equipment plays an important role in your business, so it's important to keep it safe, secure and well maintained throughout your agreement.

Looking after your equipment

You're responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment while it's on lease.

You should:

  • keep it in good condition
  • use it appropriately
  • keep it at the agreed installation address unless we've agreed otherwise
  • protect it against loss or damage

Maintenance and repairs

If your equipment develops a fault, your supplier should be your first point of contact.

If maintenance was included when your agreement was arranged, your supplier will also manage servicing and repairs.

grenke provides the finance for the equipment but doesn't carry out maintenance or repairs.

Equipment Protection explained

Equipment Protection helps cover your leased equipment against certain risks such as accidental damage, loss or theft, subject to the policy terms and conditions.

If something happens to your equipment:

  • report the incident as soon as possible
  • contact your supplier if appropriate
  • follow the claims process provided with your Equipment Protection

Moving your equipment

If you need to relocate your equipment to another business address, please contact us first.

Keeping your equipment details up to date helps us manage your agreement accurately.
