Keeping track of your payments is straightforward, and most customers manage everything through Direct Debit and the Customer Portal.
Here's what you need to know.
How are payments collected?
Rent payments are normally collected by Direct Debit from the bank account you provided when your agreement was set up.
Depending on your agreement, payments may be collected monthly or quarterly.
You'll receive an invoice before payment is due.
Understanding your invoices
Each invoice clearly shows:
- your agreement number
- the payment period
- rent amount
- VAT
- any additional charges where applicable
You can download invoices at any time through the Customer Portal.
Annual Equipment Protection
If your agreement includes Equipment Protection, this is invoiced separately from your rental payments.
The annual charge is normally collected alongside your January rent payment and will appear as a separate transaction.
If your bank details change
Please let us know as soon as possible if you change bank accounts.
Updating your Direct Debit before your next payment helps avoid missed collections or additional charges.
If you're having payment difficulties
If you think you'll have difficulty making a payment, contact us as soon as possible.
Speaking to us early gives us the best opportunity to discuss your options and support you before the situation becomes more serious.
Good to know
Most payment information, invoices and agreement documents are available 24/7 through the Customer Portal.
