Before your agreement ends
It is important that you note the date of the end of your Agreement. When it approaches you must make enquiries on:
- what happens next
- any actions you need to take
- important dates
- how to return your equipment if required
Returning your equipment
If your agreement requires the equipment to be returned, we'll explain how and when this should happen. This will be at a cost to you.
Please make sure all accessories, manuals and any other items supplied with the equipment are returned where applicable.
The equipment should be in good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear.
Thinking about upgrading?
Many customers choose to replace older equipment with newer technology as their agreement comes to an end.
If you're considering upgrading, speak to your supplier who can discuss the latest equipment and available finance options.
Ending your agreement early
If you're thinking about ending your agreement before the agreed end date, please contact our End of Term team on [email protected].
We'll explain your options and provide a settlement quotation where appropriate.
